These terms cover your use of Ziggy, an iPhone app for couples. By using Ziggy you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
Ziggy is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its artwork, or try to interfere with how it works for other people.
You are responsible for what you put into Ziggy — photos, drawings, notes and messages — and for having the right to share it with your partner.
Ziggy works by linking two people through a private code. Anything either of you creates in a shared relationship is visible to the other person. Please only share your code with the person you intend to pair with.
Some features are part of an optional subscription called Ziggy Forever: unlimited scrapbook books and pages, the full instant archive, saving to your photo library, unlimited bouquets, and exporting a whole book as a PDF. Ziggy remains usable without it.
One subscription covers both partners in a relationship.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
Nothing you have made is deleted. Books, pages, instants and bouquets stay exactly where they are and remain viewable — the paid features simply stop accepting anything new until the subscription is renewed.
Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple rather than through us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What you create in Ziggy belongs to you. We store it only so it can sync between you and your partner, and we do not use it for anything else. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You can delete your data from inside the app, in Settings. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.
Ziggy is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and to keep your memories safe, but we cannot guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
These terms may be updated as the app changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
